  • How does a PopGrip work?

    • Collapse the PopGrip fully turn 90° in any direction. You'll feel a click and this will release the top from the base.
    • To replace the top, place it carefully back into the base and turn another 90°.

    • What’s the lifespan of my PopGrip?
      • PopGrips are designed to expand and collapse 12,000 times before it's quality starts to degrade.

    • How can I remove my PopGrip?
      • The best way to remove your PopGrip to flatten it and peel up slowly from one side of the platform (the sticky part). Don't pull up with your PopGrip expanded or it might detach from the base. Another option is to use some handy dental floss. Slide it under your PopGrip’s platform and it should peel off easily. Remember, your PopGrip shouldn't be exposed to air for more than 15 minutes or the gel will dry out.

    • How many times can I take my PopTop on and off?
      • PopTops can be locked and unlocked up to 10,000 times (each cycle is one lock and one unlock).

    • What are PopGrips made of?
      • Polycarbonate, TPU, and polyurethane.

        • Button: the hard plastic or aluminum disk that has a color or design on it.

      • What will my PopGrip stick to?
        • Mostly everything with a couple of exceptions. The PopSockets grip’s gel is designed to stick to most materials, but it sometimes struggles with sticking to silicone and waterproof cases and anything with too much texture.

        • Where should I position my PopSockets grip?
          • Wherever feels right. Some like it higher up. Some like it low. The middle is a good place to start.

            • Why was my custom PopGrip cancelled?
              • The main reason we have to cancel a custom PopGrip order is due to licensing rights. If you don't specifically own the rights to the image you uploaded, we aren't allowed to print it. If you're unsure whether your image is licensed or not, Submit a Request.

            • I received my custom PopGrip but it doesn't look like it did on my screen. What can I do?
              • We’re happy to try to resolve your issue if we can. Just submit a request below. Just know that due to our printing surface, some images with small detail may be lost. Keep in mind that whatever you see on your screen is what you get so be sure to center your image exactly.
